By accessing or using the Site — including browsing, creating an account, submitting a review, clicking an affiliate link, or using any AI tool — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that organisation.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trusted Buyer Report. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Site.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@trustedbuyerreport.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• You may not register more than one account per person without our written permission.
• You may not transfer your account to another person.
• You may not use another person's account without their explicit permission.
• Accounts created for the purpose of manipulating reviews or gaming our rating system will be permanently suspended.

• EU/UK residents: Pre-checked consent on a registration form constitutes valid consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) provided the checkbox is clearly labelled and the user is informed of what they are consenting to — which this page fulfils. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
• CAN-SPAM compliance: Every commercial email includes our physical mailing address, a clear subject line, and a functional unsubscribe mechanism that processes requests within 10 business days.
• CASL (Canada): Canadian residents' registration constitutes express consent as defined by CASL s.10. Consent is time-unlimited unless withdrawn.

When you submit User Content (reviews, ratings, comments, photos), you grant Trusted Buyer Report a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content on the Site and in promotional materials, in any format and through any channels.

You retain ownership of your User Content. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account, except where your content has already been incorporated into our editorial record — in which case it may be anonymised and retained.

You agree not to engage in any of the following when using the Site:

• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Site in bulk without our express written permission
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Site in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers
• Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security or access-control mechanism
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Site or our AI tools
• Using the Site to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Using the Site to generate, distribute, or facilitate spam
• Systematically clicking affiliate links to generate fraudulent commissions
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Site without our written consent

All editorial content on the Site — including store reviews, buying guides, scoring methodology, AI-generated research briefings, and site design — is the exclusive property of Trusted Buyer Report or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright law.

• You may quote up to 50 words from any article with a visible attribution link back to the original page.
• You may share links to any page on the Site freely.
• Press and media may use our scores and methodology descriptions with attribution — contact editorial@trustedbuyerreport.com.

• You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our editorial content in full without express written permission.
• You may not use our scores, ratings, or "Trusted Buyer Report" name in advertising without written approval.
• You may not create derivative works based on our content without permission.

The "Trusted Buyer Report" name and logo are trademarks. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

• We do not make any false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Amazon or its products or services.
• We do not use the Amazon Associates program to generate commissions on purchases we or our staff make ourselves.
• We do not use Amazon prices for price comparison without sourcing them via the Product Advertising API or acknowledging they may not be current.
• We comply with the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement in full, including its policies on prohibited content, prohibited niches, and proper disclosure requirements.
• Amazon Associates links on this Site are identified by the affiliate tag trustedbuy-20 or similar tag in the URL.

• DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trusted Buyer Report and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Site or Services;
• Any User Content you submit;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
• Any fraudulent affiliate-link activity attributed to your account.

You may delete your account at any time by going to your account settings or by emailing support@trustedbuyerreport.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data upon deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms;
• We detect activity indicating fake review submission or affiliate fraud;
• We are required to do so by law;
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

Upon termination, your right to access the Site under your account ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including IP ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@trustedbuyerreport.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve any dispute within 30 days.

Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, conducted in English, on an individual (not class-action) basis. The arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, unless both parties agree otherwise. Judgement on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes — changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and display a prominent notice on the Site.

For non-material changes (clarifications, grammar, formatting), we will update the version number and effective date without individual notification. The current version is always available at trustedbuyerreport.com/terms-of-service.

Continued use of the Site after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site and may delete your account.
